Trip to Scarborough for Hinge Centre Children

YCCRP_admin

On Thursday 22nd August, with Northern's support, we put on a trip to Scarborough for a group of children and staff from Bridlington's Hinge Centre.

The children had a fantastic time and packed lots into their day despite the windy weather. They explored the Rotunda museum, had a ride on an open top bus and had a walk around Peasholm Park where they enjoyed spotting squirrels. They had a fish and chip lunch and finished off their day with an ice cream treat. The comments from the children show what these sort of trips mean to them, with one of them saying 'It was the best day of my life!'
