All the trains carry an access ramp on board. If you require assistance boarding a train simply signal to the conductor.
Access to the trains for wheelchairs and pushchairs is via the doors at the centre of the units which are usually marked with the disability sign. Most trains now have an accessible toilet and space for wheelchairs and mobility aids near the seats at the centre of the units.
We regret that mobility scooters cannot be accommodated on the trains unless they can be folded, due to restricted manoeuvrability and stability.

Hull Paragon station has a car park with 18 disabled places, step free access throughout the station, accessible ticket office, ticket machines and toilets. It is staffed 24 hours every day and there are accessible help points.
The station has a car park with disabled places. The station is unstaffed and has no toilet facilities. Level access from the car park to platform 2, access to platform 1 via a stepped footbridge or via level footpaths to the road crossing.
Beverley station has an accessible car park with disabled places. Accessible toilets maintained by Beverley town council are located just outside the station entrance. There is level access onto platform 2 from the carpark and access to platform 1 is via a stepped footbridge or the nearby level crossing. The station is staffed 07:00-17:00 weekdays and 7:00– 13:30 weekends.
This is an unmanned station with no toilet facilities. Limited parking available on the roads nearby. Level access onto both platforms via the level crossing. Both platforms have bevelled edging.
Harrington humps have been installed on both platforms to assist with easier access to the trains.
This station is unstaffed and has no toilet facilities. It has a car park with level access straight onto platform 1 and to platform 2 via the level crossing.

Driffield station is staffed 07:15-13:30 Mon-Sat. It has a car park with disabled spaces and level access to ticket office and platform 2. Access to platform 1 is via the level crossing. No toilet facilities.
The station is unmanned and has no toilets. Ramped access to both platforms via the level crossing. Platform 1 has bevelled edge. Limited car parking available on the nearby road.
A Harrington hump has been installed on platform 2 to make an easier height to access trains.
The station has a car park with disabled spaces. Accessible toilets are on the station concourse. There is level access from car park to ticket office and concourse and to platforms 5 and 6. Access to platform 4 (Scarborough) is via a stepped footbridge but staff will assist passengers over the barrow crossing. Station is staffed 07:00-18:00 Mon-Sat and 10:00-18:00 on summer Sundays. Platforms 5 and 6 have bevelled edging.
This station is unstaffed and has no toilet facilities. There is level access from the road onto the only platform which has got bevelled edges. Limited car parking available on the road.

Filey station has a car park with disabled spaces which has level access onto platform 1. Level access to platform 2 is via the level crossing as there is a stepped footbridge within the station. The station is unstaffed but has a café and toilets.
Seamer station is unstaffed and has no toilets. It has a large carpark with disabled spaces. The island platform which serves both directions is reached by crossing the railway via a gated crossing which although is level may present wheelchair users with some difficulty. The platforms have bevelled edges and there is a customer help point.
The station is staffed 7:30 - 22:00 Mon - Sat. There is a car park with 7 disabled spaces and step free access to the whole station, platforms and ticket office. The station has accessible toilets and customer help points.
